Parkinson’s Disease Exercises to Improve Standing and Walking youtube.com/watch?v=PZDwd_J...

I find that it is important to concentrate on doing things correctly--to keep your brain and your muscles coordination fine tuned. So when I walk, I try to walk correctly with arms swinging with my steps (left hand swinging with right foot and right hand with left foot). At first this took maybe 50 steps for me to do right (now almost naturally). I walk with a pipe because of neighborhood dogs and notice changing which hands affects the swinging hand in left almost naturally, but right hand maybe 20 steps (now almost a natural).

Should go without saying, one of the first things is, concentrate on not dragging feet.
