My husband is 6’3 and loves it , seat and height are very comfortable. Also good on uneven terrain .
The UStep is very good for Parkinson’s if he has balance issues or pushes forward when he walks. It brakes by default and you squeeze the handbars to walk. There is an extension for tall people but works fine for hubby at 6’1 without it. It ‘s foldable but large and less portable than some walkers.
I 2nd the U-Step. Great walker specifically made for Parkinson's. Very pricey so if possible call around to some of the used medical equipment distributers in your area. I was able to get one for my mom from the FREE foundation in Virginia.
I'm going to get the u-step. It is pricey but medicare covers up to $400.
I love my walker... it has arm rests with hand brakes. It allows me to stand up instead of leaning over. silverliningsandparkinsons....
