She is being interviewed by Huberman, a neurobiologist who teaches at Stanford. His interviews last for hours, and are wholly informative, but use up a good part of my day as I try to watch them without breaks. He blogged about dopamine and I watched that show twice. Since PD is about dopamine loss I check his other blogs for any dopamine tidbits. He talks about ways to increase dopamine but doesn't say whether these elevations reach therapeutic levels for someone with PD. He also interviews doctors who specialize in hormonal diseases. Dr Attia is one.
I would like it a lot if they would have lists with each thing they think is good and why- I have a real backlog of videos to watch. I do not know why some of the people who do videos use so many words and then you watch it for over an hour and your take away is about 15 minutes of solid information
Yes annoying! I have taken to watching everything at 1.5 or 2x the speed and just slowing it down if they get to an interesting bit! If you slowly increase speed your brain adapts and it seems normal after a while.
Downside is when I listen to normal people speaking now I want to speed them up and end up finishing sentences🤣
