Lost data. on TTDF, n1, non-placebo, of self-mediated human Guinea pig :-(

*** I ended up with High Blood Pressure taking TTFD. I no longer take TTFD. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TTFD. ***

My link healthunlocked.com/cure-par... now takes you to “Oops. Looks like that page no longer exists”. I feel like I have lost data, on my n1, non-placebo, of self-mediated human Guinea pig (self mediated people have bad doctors).

Links I posted on HU and externally to my doctors, to friends, on Facebook and on other forums are now Dead Ends :-( :-( :-( :-(

+* There's no Bold option for Post.

embarrassed - The correct abbreviation is TTFD

+* I wonder if HU deleted, I wonder, if I can get a transcript. I have asked HU on "contact us" Why/? I can not find the post on HU.

HU replied deleted by accident, but also asked; if I needed and supplied a link to policy.

Maybe, Instead of deleting, editing and replacing with violation of policy, better yet; violation of negative religious policy "or" violation of negative political policy. No mention of possible transcript.

You can always rewrite it but pay attention to HU’s rules otherwise they report you and HU delete it.

This is a difficult world.

Yeah, But I can't recalled all of my study notes.

Gioc Problem is I didn't save on my computer, They may have singled the post out and deleted it, I will reread HU guided lines, If they don't allow religious and political views, I will try not do again, Maybe PTL is acceptable,

I understand you,

you don't need your computer memory.

if you want you can rewrite everything even better than before, it's your experience won't be difficult.

Personally I found it very very interesting and I just bought the Allithiamine TTFD of the brand you recommended just today and so …thank you very much for your post.

This is a difficult world ruled by $$$ but we don't have to be too serious and sad about it. 😄😄😄

+^* I am not a doctor, please consult with your doctor and do your research. I believe that TTDF dose will be different on everybody. A lot of mega dosers don't like TTDF (maybe because they thought, I'm taking 1-2 grams a day of B1 as hcl, popped a hand-full and they had a bad reaction). My opinion don't stop your B1 as hcl and just add one TTDF to your stack and be on look at for overdose symptoms (Dap1948's book, maybe a good place to look for symptoms and how to handle, she does mention in the book, but states TTDF is an unresearched, untested B1). In my case overdose high mania and possible constipation after 10days, I took a 4day break and started back at 1 50mg every other day.

I was taking 4/500mg capsule each day... so that was 2000 per day & 1 TTFD 50 mg for approximately a year. but Since you began posting about it, I have reduced my HCL to 1/500 mg and increased my TTFD to 3 per day, and I feel great!

Gc, im also following you. Im using the nootropic TTFD Tiamax. Im taking it on alternate days and is ok. I did find the religious link a bit strange, however it woul be great if you could recover your post.

My latest update healthunlocked.com/cure-par... being a numbered comment, target of link may be below were it takes you.

Reviewing the guidelines I don't religion was problem. I think my political comment about both sides, got the whole thing deleted.

HU replied post appears to have been deleted in error.

I replied back: Do you have a copy of that I might get a transcript of. I am going to reread your guidelines if Religious views aren't allowed, is PTL acceptable.

They replied do you need a copy of terms of use.

Reading guidelines I believe I violated by making one and I believe only one political statement. I wish they had delete the comment were statement was made and not whole post,

It would be nice if they delete by replacing with violates policy or religious, political, etc. better yet edit out statement and replay with violates policy.

Gioc From what I have seeing by reading comments: Everybody reacts different for be me I didn't notice until 10 days that mania was getting out of hand, I took a 4 day break and started back at every other day, Someone wrote; they took 4 days an anxiety was her issue and was taking a break (I believe she was referring to new found energy).

Very interesting, I am a veteran of the b1 hcl I.M. and I know every single reaction. This anxiety is a reaction to an excess of b1, it is predicted in adverse reactions. I my opinion just suspend a week and resume at a lower dose and everything will settle down.IMO This means that the TTFD works well.

Gioc TTDF has been shown to be 100% absorbed by analysis of human urine and readily crosses the BBB. My blood test from 3rd day showed 260 (B1) normal range of 8 -30. A major side effect for me was worsened of cotton mouth that I notice after my full dose Botox injections for drooling a mouth before trying TTDF (first time was half dose). I do have a funky taste in my mouth (probably worsened by cotton mouth) that is not unlike the awful taste of a little of the contents of a TTDF cap. I have stopped my med that is suppose to help me hold my pee because one of listed side effects is dry mouth. Hopefully, I won't need taking TTDF by the time the Botox wears off (next schedule Botox 7/14 at appointment with MS). I have reduced in 2 steps my C/L from 2-1/2 twice daily to 1-1/2 twice daily. as of today (6/7). I feel Great with little to none symptoms of PD. I have a little tremor when I am nervous which has been normal for me all my life. I am going to copy/paste as a comment on another post.

Very very interesting, it would seem that the effects and reactions of allithiamine TTFD are comparable to the effects of intramuscular injections of thiamine HCL.

This is very relevant Because it could open the door to the full benefits of vitamin b1 for everyone.

This is the first time I have heard this from a thiamine, (vitamine b1) in pills.

I ordered it but temporally out stock on Iherb here in Italy.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Gio

I heard somewhere or read that B1 as hcl does not easily cross the BBB. Maybe, injection in to muscle allows it time to convert to another form which will.

Gioc profile image
Gioc in reply to Gcf51

B1 hcl passes bbb, the problem is that b1 hcl in pills seems to last a short time in the body, at any dose, while intramuscularly injections it lasts much longer. TTFF It seems to be more prolonged-release like injections and probably has more bioavailability and who knows what else.

My opinion; Enough said, Time for B1 to attach to something other than hcl.

+* I will try to remember to put +* in Bold on new posts and comments (I plan to edit and add to my old comments), I won't add to titles because links appear to have the title of the posts embedded it the link and I fear any obtained links will result in "page not found"; if I change the title. Caution: obtained links are numbers on comments, you may have to scroll down to find the linked. Most likely not Up.

+* I believe, the root cause of my PD was B1 deficiency, whether my brain* can cure my PD is questionable.

* The amazing Human Brain, not my brain proficiently (probably not the word I was thinking, but Google's definition of is better than the word I was thinking)

*+ The developed world has solved the development of Beriberi by fortifying with B1 as HCL (maybe it's time to start fortifying with a little B1 as TTDF).
