😳😳Yesterday, there was a post on my FB with a poorly loaded (corrupted) video, it looked official, But I thought a Hoax. So this morning I goggled and found:

"Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is not an anti-inflammatory drug and has not been linked to heart disease and stroke. However, acetaminophen, like the anti-inflammatory drugs, has been linked to high blood pressure, according to the researchers."

WOW, It is one of the things that what helps for my neck pain. I limit bc of possible over dose WARNINGS.

I have High Blood Pressure and my MS tells me "better than low which causes light headiness,, C/L will bring it down (as PD progresses) and not too high," Lowering BP is maybe one of the good side effects of C/L, but too low causing falls is bad.

Usually 150/85 (very seldom much higher or lower) at last GP visit the nurse waited and tried 3 times to get 135/80. I my have white coat syndrome, but in my case seeing the monitor.

135/80 is not bad. If you are not sure about the white coat syndrome, I recommend getting your own blood pressure cuff to confirm whether that reading is typical.

park_bear Even with my own monitor at home, I have even tried waiting 10 minutes and tried raising my arm too. My GP at the won't increase my BP meds. I believe seeing the chuff is my trigger. I am trying hard to correct my grammar and spelling,

when the cuff is on your arm does it pinch and hurt a lot? The cuff causes so much pain I am glad when this is over. I asked my husband if it hurts his arm and he said no so not sure why I find it so miserable

I feel pressure but not pain unless my monitor decides (not a good reading) and really pumps to take another reading.

It makes a person wonder why this happens with these cuffs

Question to ponder: Is the High Blood Pressure linked by researches, due to pain or the pain reliever(s)?

I have not looked for or seen any clinical trials or studies for this. Is it simply chronic users (who most likely have chronic pain) have higher blood pressure compared to those who don’t take pain relievers.
