I’ve been living with YOPD since 10 years now; currently 38. On 2-3 tabs of credanil (125 mg) with Pramipexole ER 0.375 mg at night for RLS. Over the last year, I feel that i take longer to come in control of my symptoms on credanil; then I just can’t sleep well. I usually take half credanil before bed wid Pramipexole to help me relax n sleep better but I usually get up tired n without any feeling on being rested. Recently Neuro started me on Neupro patch (2 mg/24 hrs) n I feel tht my sleep has deteriorated. Melatonin doesn’t work on me too. Any suggestions? I really need my shut eye.. thank you for your help!

This medication is strictly for symptom relief. If it is interfering with your sleep no reason to take it. You may need to taper off.

Also, this the first I have heard of anyone being prescribed two different dopamine agonists at the same time.

My HWP on 2mg Patch, for RLS, worried about all the bad side effects, although low dose. MS said to taper slowly, ie cut patch in half, then go every other day etc. Still on it patch have not started to taper. HWP had pretty good success for sleep now with 25MG CBD with 5% THC. Don't need prescription for this gummy.

So you have had this since you were 28? I'm exactly the same. I'm 40 this year. I don't feel like I can do my job anymore. Where do you work? I'm an elementary school teacher, an art teacher at that and I can't use my right hand anymore. It's so sad and makes me angry and frustrated. My doctor prescribed me Ativan 2 mg to sleep at night and it definitely works for me.

Interventions that have helped my condition. Implement these one at a time and see how one works before proceeding with the other:

• High-dose thiamine, courtesy of Dr. Antonio Costantini. Allow four months for full effect: highdosethiamine.org

• Cinnamon, extensively researched by Prof. Kalipada Pahan, PhD. Allow two months for full effect. My report healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

I have had PD for 5 years I have a very stressful job. I could not get in a comfortable position. I read the book from the doctor from the Mayo Cinic and he said you have to take a complete dose of C/L before you go to sleep. It works great. I have tried prescription sleeping pills, nothing worked. I was desperate
