Thanks for the article. You can use this for women also. Several years ago probably 15 I lifted weights and my trainer had me start out with 10 reps in two sets then the next time 11 reps next time do 12 reps and so on until I got to 15 and then I go up in amount of weight go back to the 10 reps and then 11 and so on and so on. I lost 7% body fat and gained muscle. So it can be done! 🥊 🏋️
