I don’t take levodopa so in that sense I cannot answer your question. What I do notice, however, is that after making love I feel energized mentally and increased fatigue physically. In the early years after diagnosis in 2014 I kind of thrived on making love with my partner. It gave me so much joy and dopamine I guess! I still have that affect but my physical shape is less strong nowadays so we don’t make love that often anymore. At the most once a week. We do find new ways though, since my partner has gone into menopause and we have discovered Tantric sexuality. Gives a new kind of bliss, Different than before but still very pleasant!

My sex drive increased on Rytary, and myself and the wife haven't complained., after we have sex i usually feel pretty good. Sleep a bit better feel more relaxed and open. me and the wife have become closer.. I am usually worn out from work in the afternoon so I catch naps when I can to combat fatigue. I am blessed I can still do my job in the field. I haven't felt like I have needed to increase my meds after sex so its been pretty good so far.
