i walk with a waddle and sway. i don't fall but only walk short distance (about50 yards) then have to rest legs are weak.physical theraby helped some.i don't have a parkinson gate. any suggestions migh t help? thanks

Hi John I would like to learn your method of conscious walking as I am shuffling and unbalanced around the house. I can walk quite normally when outdoors or large indoor space but shuffling is apparent when I walk more slowly.
