Ketamine

Has anyone tried Ketamine for PD dyskinesia or depression associated with PD? There is a clinical trial opening in my area and I am trying to decide whether or not to participate. My dyskinesia is mild. Thanks!

I have heard ketamine helps with depression hugely! I’m assuming the dose will be small and you won’t experience psychedelic effects—people I know who have used ketamine therapeutically have had great success! Worth a try in a clinical setting!! Let us know how it goes!

I am in the Southwest United States and my neurologist will be participating as an investigator in the study - the company - PharmaTher - should be listing the other study centers on clinicaltrials.gov soon.

I saw video on U-tube. It was about ketamine infusion to treat depression not responding to medication. I followed the protocol shown i the video. The hallucinations were pretty wild but didn't kill me.
