Is my Low back pain due to B1 injections?

I recently switched to B1 injections 2X per week and soon developed lower back pain. Had previously taken 4g/day in pill form. Now on 100mg/ml .

Has anyone had the same experience with B1, or any other supplements or meds?

See below a response previously published, to which I may add that I have personally developed the same pain in the same spot at an oral dose of 3.5g.
