I believe you might be experiencing internal muscular tremors. I have had that for years in my chest and thought I had a heart problem. It progressed to my stomach. I could see the rolling motion of my churning insides. I do not know exactly what to attribute it to but it has decreased substantially. I have other symptoms that have increased. I’m sharing this to say that you might evolve out of it.
