EPDA have launched a new and important survey focused on late-stage Parkinson's treatment and information.

The survey is aimed at people living with Parkinson’s and carers, without limitations of age, date of diagnosis or stage of their condition.

Currently available in English and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
