Silly questions, waste of time

Wouldn't do them on a bet until administration decides they are going to be more tolerant of people expressing their views, and less knee-jerk disciplining people on the basis of whoever complains first wins, rewarding people for having excessively thin skins, and allowing themselves to be used as a weapon, all of which is childish and worse, rewards childish behavior on the part of complainants. Better respect from admin equals more participation. So I am only going to participate by helping people with my knowledge and experience, but not until EPDA shows better interest and respect on a more adult basis. They may need me more than I need their website. Up to them to figure out what it is they want and act accordingly in order to get it. Getting in between people for no need (words cannot hurt anybody, only histrionic immature persons and the arrogantly excessively liberal believe otherwise) will not earn them what they putatively want. Resisting being used as a bully weapon might.

I always feel better after a good rant, and that was a good one.

Every thing changes and if they do it wrong they will never go back to the old way no matter what .

Big whoop. It's time some people started acting like adult professionals instead of thin-skinned personality disorders. Grown ups are better than that and more serious about what they are trying to accomplish. Giving them a chance to live up to it. Only children think that real accomplishment comes at no cost. Hoping they are wise enough to avoid the knee-jerk eruption, and instead quietly reflect a bit, which is what they will silently do if they're serious about trying to help someone and actually mean something, instead of just getting a paycheck.
