I tried the B1 for about 6 months and I noticed no difference. I guess we are all different.

1 gram is 1000mg, so 4 grams is 4000mg

Constantini had some people on 3000 orally
Better with b1 injections can’t source in the uk I started the sublingual one half tablet. Twice a week they are potent so better stating low then building up
