Does it matter how and when we eat sensibly rather than what?? Nothing much agrees with me since getting PD; food makes me feel weak. Our diet is apparently ideal - homegrown, lots of veg, own eggs, some red meat, organic, home made bread etc. The only med is Apixaban for aFib after my heart op. Is anyone else struggling with this/?

Apparently pretty common in Parkinson's
By 'nothing much agrees with me' are you referring to the feeling of weakness, or do you get other symptoms - heartburn, reflux, gas, etc.?
I think it does. Can you maybe get a glucose monitor and blood pressure meter and take your glucose level and blood pressure when you feel weird. Just in case it’s one of those.
