Delivering an alpha-synuclein-targeting molecule, called ASO4, in tiny fatty vesicles reduced toxic alpha-synuclein clumps and dopaminergic neuron loss — two main hallmarks of Parkinson’s disease — and lessened motor impairments in a mouse model of the disease.

Can you please tell me more of your experience .Do you take a certain mannitol?I think the amount taken depends on your weight?

I only take 4 grams in coffee each morning (can't take more without spending too much time on the toilet). Have done so for four years. Hasn't stopped progression (still at very early stages), but resolved constipation issues and totally restored sense of smell.
