Alternatively take mannitol with coconut oil (in a beverage)?
Can you please tell me more of your experience .Do you take a certain mannitol?I think the amount taken depends on your weight?
I only take 4 grams in coffee each morning (can't take more without spending too much time on the toilet). Have done so for four years. Hasn't stopped progression (still at very early stages), but resolved constipation issues and totally restored sense of smell.
