I took a meditation class as part of my wife's cancer treatment. It was based on Jon Cabat Zinn's work. One day we had to reach blindly into a bucket filled with small strips of paper similar to what's in fortune cookies. Pull out one piece and read it to the group. This was mine:

1. Don't sweat the small stuff.

2. It's all small stuff.

This was several weeks into the course. By then we had gotten rather close to each other. When I read mine the the group went crazy laughing and and yelling, "Kevin, its you!" Apparently I'd developed a reputation by then.

I went to a similar workshop and the instructor liked to use Taro cards... You would not believe how accurate the cards could be! I would say that the group was your

taro Cards... enjoy your new friends, they know you well.

Did you ask them about RETIREMENT?
