Perusing outthinkingparkinsons.com I came across this:

".. So I asked around on facebook for recommendations for free resources/apps for meditation and "Insight Timer" was most recommended. This app has thousands of guided meditations available. I started by exploring different types of meditation with the app, looking initially under keywords such as "stress", "anxiety", "relaxation", and found some worked for me and some did not, both the voice and the content, together, matter. I did find examples of mindfulness meditations, re-assuring meditations, loving kindness and self-compassion meditations, which could all help, but I soon hit upon a couple of examples of "Yoga Nidra" guided meditations, which really seemed to provide the largest benefits.

The first example of this form of meditation I found on Insight Timer was "Yoga Nidra for Stress and Anxiety" by Shannon Ryan, although the visualization part of this one doesn't work for me. The next one I discovered, and am still using frequently, was "Yoga Nidra for Relaxation" by The StillPoint. Another one which I am currently using a lot is "iRest Yoga Nidra for Healing Trauma" by Molly Birkholm... "

So I thought I would try this myself using the The StillPoint, after having some restless legs keeping me awake at night. The (New Zealand?) girl's dulcet tones had me off within five minutes *

Now have had two good nights of sleep (which is even more suprising since I drank a lot of wine last night and that would normally destroy my sleep). Previously I have never really had that much luck with meditation, but this seems to work.

The Insight Timer app is fairly easy to install, is a bit of a pain to use for free, and it does spend a lot of time asking you to sign up for a seven day trial If this continues to be massively beneficial I might purchase - at $60 a year.

* to sleep guys. Obviously. Sheesh.

I also use Insight Timer: Yoga Nidra with Jessica Leonard and Yoga Nidra Melatonin Magic. I like both. I’ll try the ones you listed as well. Thanks, Carol

Hi,I also have nocturnal limb movement and am getting a heavy treatment for that. I wondered, could you keep it at bay? Thanks,

Not really. Assume that you are already taking a magnesium supplement.
