Nour:

AtremoPLu is simply a "brand" of vicia faba (broad bean) which without being extracted is relatively low in L-Dopa (0.5%). This product is extracted and has 21 mg.L-dopa/1,000 mg. of powder or 2.1% of L-dopa. It also has vitamin E...12 mg./5 grams of powder.

This product does not contain mucuna pruriens (velvet bean), which contains about 5% non-extracted L-dopa and is also used for L-dopa therapy. Extracts of MP generally run 20% of L-dopa and higher.

Both beans "supposedly" have low CNS bioavailability in comparison to sinemet although it is debatable.
