Using 9mg/day Terazosin for hypertension as well as a personal trial to slow progression of my PD. Has reduced my BP but can’t say it has slowed progression of the PD. Seems like I have experienced more fatigue since switching to Terazosin from Atenalol.

It's primarily of interest for slowing disease progression, so I'm not sure I'd expect to notice symptom relief. I'm on doxazosin like Roy and it's been good for my blood pressure and urinary problems. Much too soon to say whether it's slowed disease progression

I take 2mg and I sleep better because it helps with the night urinating. I feel better in terms of Parkinson if I sleep good. So subjectively I think it helps.

Btw original study was for 10mg of terazosin

Started 1mg last night and only see benefits, no bad side effects. Better sleep is the most noticeable improvement. If anything, I'm less dizzy.
