Some people on the forum have been asking about neuropathy lately. The combination of 4 things should take care of most forms of this problem. Alpha lipoic acid, B12, magnesium and zinc.

Yes, the supplements above sound like treatment for a neurotoxin such as mercury. Diabetes and chemotherapy can also cause neuropathy.

Alpha lipoic acid 300-600 mg twice daily,

B12 1000mcg daily, zinc 100 mg daily and Mg 400-800 mg daily. Also add 2-3 mg Copper to balance the zinc.

"zinc 100 mg daily"

Everyone's different but that's way too high if in elemental zinc.

Lookout for overdose symtoms.

Some PwP are diabetic amd might develop Staphylococcus infection of the toes or feet. If the bacteria reach bone, osteomyelitis may develop.
