Hand surgery / knee surgery complications with Parkinson’s

I am writing to see if anyone else has complications after surgery. I had my knee scoped in March of 2019, I have more pain and stiffness even now yet after the surgery. Dr says I need a knee replacement because I am at the end stage of osteoarthritis but would not do it. I also had a total collapse of my wrist and they did a salvage surgery removed three carpal bones in Jan 2020. As of today I still can’t make a fist, have a lot of pain and swelling in it. They say my wrist was worse than they thought before surgery. I also have severe tremors in both hands, ect. Dr will not say I have Parkinson’s but everything I read about I have most of the symptoms..
