Has anyone tried Black Seed Oil? It claim... - Cure Parkinson's
Has anyone tried Black Seed Oil? It claims to help with a lot of things including Parkinsons.
Kwinholt/Karen,
I experimented with BSO using a total of two quarts of the oil plus two bottles of BSO capsules to see if it had any benefit for psoriasis. The main effect that I noticed is that it made psoriasis worse when applied topically. Taking it orally, it had no effect that I could discern and the taste to me was odd. If I had to describe the taste, I would say that if cedar wood essential oil had a taste, BSO would be it. It was a taste I was glad not to have to take any more when I was done with my experiment.
All of the positive reports about it curing everything you could think of is what made me try it in the first place, but it did nothing for what I was testing it for. I notice that these days, it is also more expensive than when I tested it years ago. I can't say if it would have any benefit for anything else, but I noticed zero effect from a fairly lengthy test of it.

I used it until I started taking B1
Did you notice a benefit? K
Yes I did. I made notes at the time but can’t access them at the moment. Once I started the B1 I found that I physically couldn’t take it. I don’t know why. The thought of swallowing it made me feel ill. Up to then it had been fine
It sounds like it must have an awful taste. Ya that wouldn’t work for me. Thank you for your info. Karen
BSO. Did you mean black cumin seed oil? If so, yes I've tried it. Horrible taste and no results.
