Hi. I have taken HDT for approximately six months and it works very well for me. 500mg/day.
Does anyone know where to by B1 in Sweden or the rest of Europe? I had troubles with the authorities when I ordered from the Us.

Amazon sell G&G Vitamins B1 100mg/500mg easy swallow capsules or you can buy direct (slightly more expensive).
Amazon from which country ships to Sweden?
I have tried without success.
Sorry, I’m in the UK and didn’t realise about Amazon. I’ve checked with the G&G website and they definitely ship to Sweden.
