In the first years following my diagnosis in 2016, i picked up a lot of ideas and suggestions for supplementation. There was a lot of promotion of Co-enzyme Q10, NAC, Creatine, Omega 3, Milk Thistle and lots of others as well. Recently and over a period of time, talk about supplements on this forum and elsewhere seem to be less and less, with just the B vitamins, especially B1, getting some attention.
So where are we with supplements? Have we given up on them?

Perhaps the Pro supplement cohort become wary of the anti-supplement cohort beating up on them.
Hard data on the benefit of supplements is often thin and I believe will forever be thin, but just because there is not proof a supplement works, does not mean it is not beneficial.
Inflammation is the enemy, so if the risk factor is low and the cost is tolerable and there is a reasonable explanation as to why they may affect inflammation (or oxidation,) I take them because money has little value to me now.
Society has a lot of reverence for doctors which is well-deserved, but we need to be clear that the vast majority have no education, training, or experience with the effects of nutrition of which supplements are subset. Most of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that are essential must be ingested and therefore I consider discussions about supplements as pretty much the same thing as discussions about diet.
I’m still taking mannitol and NAC which I am back on after a 3 month break. I get tired of buying and taking stuff when it’s so hard to determine if it is helping or not as there is no immediate response like swallowing a madapor!
I figure I am 4 years in with minimal decline (definite but slow), so may be one of these is helping. My neurologist seems very pleased with me and says it is amazing how no one could even tell I had PD unless they had a trained eye. Of course he never sees me when in medicated.
The B1 conversation is certainly the talk of the year, but it does nothing for except make me quiver🥴!!
