My wife has continuous bad tremors and needs help

Has your wife been diagnosed by a movement disorder specialist (neurologist with expertise in treat of Parkinson’s disease)? If her tremor is on both sides and started that way she may have essential tremor which is different from Parkinson’s.
Google "Focused Ultrasound for Parkinson's Disease Tremors." A form of Focused Ultrasound (FUS) is FDA approved for tremors in the USA. Even more Parkinson's symptoms are being treated in Switzerland by Dr. Jeanmonod at SoniModul Clinic. At least for now, these treatments are for advanced cases which don't respond to medication, but I encourage you to learn all about it. Good luck!
First off what did your neurologist advise? How old is your spouse ? How long ago was she diagnosed? What is her current dosing regime?
... and on and on.
You cannot receive effective guidance with so little background information.
I understand how you feel my wife also has PD we work together and this will be the approach that works always be hopeful and positive. I have done a lot of research if your wife has tremors than you should look into a treatment called FUS this is advanced technology developed in Israel to treat tremor. My wife suffers from movement disorders walking is very hard this treatment is not yet used for this symptom. I live in Israel and have information about the hospitals that offer this procedure. I understand other countries also offer the treatment . She will find a recovery and you are there to support her 100% she is a women of valor.
