Significant cost increase for ER Sinemet?

Copay Cost of extended release Sinemet increased significantly in 2020. (10x) for me

Regular release did not change

anyone else notice this?

The Entacapone in my Stalevo has gone up. A 3 months supply was $28 now it's $300.

Have you investigated either of the 2 generic alternatives to Stalevo? They are Sastravi and Stanek here in the UK. I changed from Stalevo to save the NHS money. Although I get them free, Stalevo cost the NHS about double that of Sastravi.

I guess my insurance company raised CR to higher tier

So did Blue Cross of Michigan, it’s ridiculous and should be illegal! It’s not a new drug and generic available. Maybe everyone should get congress involved. Anything that cost more money, they just move to higher Tier for higher copay?!?!
