Hi just read on the new website fir Thiamine that Dr Costantini states Thiamine should not be taken with any juices or sour liquid only water, my husband takes Thiamine powder dissolved in black current squash as it’s so bitter . When I initially asked Dr Constantini he said just not lemon grapefruit or orange , do you think black current us ok ?

Dr C originally told me no grapefruit, orange, lemon, on the new website he says no juices or sour liquid just water . If it’s Apple juice I think probably not but if it’s Apple squash possibly ok but Apple is quite sour . Message him , he replied to me within a couple of hours 😀

I would be avoiding anything that contains any sugar or artificial sweeteners. Perhaps it is easier to switch to capsules and swallow with water although the number of capsules shells starts to build up! Hope they aren’t harmful!🙁
