For those of you wondering if micronutrients might help you. From the Hardy’s site. No I am not connected to them, I just know they work😊

"The standard psychiatric curriculum and training is limited to treating symptoms" and she felt limited by the standard therapy available to psychiatrists. Over the course of time, she came to find that there are a wide variety of root causes for mental health symptoms, including nutritional health. Since then, Dr. Settle has dedicated her professional career to helping patients get healthy, rather than only treating their symptoms.

Perhaps the biggest difference with this integrative psychiatry clinic is that Dr. Settle looks for physiological or body-based root causes such as toxins, nutrient deficiencies, or hormonal imbalances. “

I've received my first Hardy's Nutritionals in the mail. They suggest 4 pills taken 3X per day. I'm hoping for the best, as they've had a lot of positive press on our site.

I hope they work as well for you as my husband. They recommend starting 1 x3 then 2 x 3 then 3x 3 before going up to the 4 x 3.

Check any other supplements you are taking especially minerals as you might need to stop things that are already in it like magnesium or iron etc. Talk to them on the free toll number and they can tell you if anything is incompatible.

If they think you have gut issues they might also recommend the greens and probiotics product.

They rang us weekly to start with to check it was all going well.

I started Hardy's a week ago and will give it a month at 12 caps/day to see if I notice a difference. I have virtually all the autonomic dysfunction symptoms so any relief would be worth it.

Detoxing heavy metals, parasites and Candida are important factors as well. I've read many good testimonies from folks using zeolites like TRS.

Does it remove any essential minerals too like magnesium, iron, zinc, etc?

I take magnesium and see no difference, I know it takes the Colloidal silver. My understanding is that it goes not effect essential nutrients. I follow TRS on Facebook for info.
