Surgery and Parkinsons

Hi friends

I fell recently and badly broke my upper arm. It's not healing and I now have to have surgery on 17 December. I know there have been many discussions on this topic but I can't find them. Also any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cleo16

When I needed surgery I met with an anesthesiologist familiar with Parkinson's. It was a simple switch of meds used and all went well...for both surgeries (the initial fracture repair, then one six months later to remove internal hardware)
