Does anyone know how much powdered mucuna to take..it’s from India

It’s probably a tablespoon but as it’s from India it’s doubtful whether you’re told the % of Active ingredients. Bottom line:take what you need to gain symptom relief.

Is it just mucuna bean powder, or is it a standardized extract for percentage l-dopa? If it is just the powder, you probably need to take at least a tablespoon. If it is a standardized extract, it depends on the percentage of l-dopa, and how far the parkinson's has progressed. In any case, you need to experiment with dosages until you find a dosage that helps control your symptoms.
