My husband has been having night terrors, he's not sleeping well. Anyone else experiencing that and if so, have you been treated? Thanks!

Stazina,

Has he tried Melatonin? My husband is taking it and has helped him a lot.

Yes 10 mg nightly, thank you

Does he act out his dreams? Melatonin 10mg at bedtime was recommended for my husband's REM sleep disorder. It helped a lot; eventually he added Klonopin at bedtime, which has helped even more.

I had that problem a lot before diagnosis but after I started B1 did happen very rarely.
