I ❤ Dr Joe Dispenza. I listen to his lectures and guided meditations. Very relaxing. I use for stress reduction.
Constance, Please elaborate - what relief have you experienced?
Marc,
I think the information you are seeking can be found in the entirety of the following thread :

Thank you, Art.
Wow. That's quite a testimonial. You make it hard to ignore.
I watched the whole hour and 17 minute video and to be totally candid, I cannot help but question claims of making tumors disappear, the blind see, the deaf hear and such. It's those kind of claims that keep me from plunging into it, but Connie has convinced me to look into it further.
I do believe most serious practitioners of meditation rave about it.
I should try it. I've tried everything else, why not?
Art, I believe 1 of his other claims is relief from psoriasis. What you think about that?
Good for you, Connie.
Marc
Marc,
I believe meditation is a powerful resource as you are dealing with the power of the mind of which we are still learning about, so yes, I believe it could potentially be useful for that purpose, but I have not as yet, found information that confirms as much regarding psoriasis, but "relief" can mean many things also. On a related note, I have very recently started experimenting with 320 parts per million colloidal silver nanoparticles and my initial impression is that it may be having a positive effect so that is my current focus.
Art
320 ppm colloidal silver nanoparticles?? How do you even find this stuff?
how much and how often are you taking it? would love to know who makes it.
mblongdon,
I make it myself and I am taking the equivalent of a quart of 20 ppm per day as a loading dose for 5 days and then I will go down to a pint per day. To say that a little differently, The loading dose is 20 mg of silver per day followed by 10 mg of silver per day until the end of treatment. I share with my family and friends for various health issues.
I am not suggesting anyone do what I am doing. Based on studies showing how much silver gets into the blood, to me I consider this a therapeutic dose. From what I have read, the doses that manufacturers recommend would be ineffective except for the placebo effect, but they can't recommend higher as that may cause them to run afoul of the FDA.
Retail ionic silver and colloidal silver are far too expensive to take at the dose I am currently using and so I invested in a quality generator that has a lot of adjustability and allows me to make different ppm and multiple size batches that are reduced and gelatin capped which is also quite effective for topical use as outlined in the following abstract :
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/315...
Notice how these gelatin capped silver nanoparticles show a high percentage release of ions at close to body temperature. That's pretty ideal to me.
As far as who sells higher ppm colloidal silver, I have seen a couple advertised on the web, but I have never considered buying them because I have no way of knowing what their production process is or what their actual finished product is and testing is too expensive to be a practical consideration for me. The only way to be sure about what I am taking is to make it myself.

This may be the best -- no I take that back, it is the best explanation I've ever heard regarding the relationship between our thoughts/mind and our health.
It makes perfect sense and is science-based.
This is so insightful and Dr. Lipton is so clear.
I almost didn't watch this video.
Thank you Art for bringing me to Connie's testimonial and thank you Connie for posting this and for your video.
Once again, a seemingly innocuous nugget turns into a crucial 'AH-HA' moment.

Marc, I first learned about Dr. Joe several years ago from a friends, friend who had triple negative carcinoma of the breast w 6 months to live. She’s alive and well today. No medical therapy.
I didn’t buy into it at first either for PD but I can tell you now I shouldn’t have wasted that time on skepticism.
I plan to write a rather detailed post at the end of this year outlining the amazing results I’ve had.
Between meditation and B1 I’ve knocked out all symptoms (some 20 or so) except for two which have now shown much improvement but still appear for a few hours daily. I’ve reduced my Mucuna intake by 20%.
The two symptoms I’m still working on are mild tremor. I can know stop it with practicing “Heart coherence, setting an intention with an elevated emotion”. It’s gotten so mild barely there. The second symptom is gait disturbance which is also mild because I’ve been able to increase the energy field around my body. I’m no longer dragging my leg through space but instead it’s moving albeit slowly through space. I should tell you my balance is now completely restored.
So last weekend I went to a wedding and was on the dance floor for 10 songs at least, and I was shakin my boodie! Hah!
Every day I get hours of Dr. Joes work in via meditation, listening to him in the car on the way to and from my office, practicing heart coherence anytime anywhere. It works!
I should tell you I’m going back to his advanced workshop in Cancun this December, mainly because my daughter has fully embraced his work, so we’re going together this time. His events sell out in 45 minutes. Having said that I can’t emphasize enough how valuable his online Progressive Workshop is. So worth the $299.00 dollars. And can be done from the comfort of your home. You have nothing to lose and much to gain.

Which meditations do you do every day Constance? I have some Jo Dispenza meditations on my phone.
I watched the Joe Dispenza video with interest – thanks for putting it up. Lilou does a good job of drawing him out.
The current scientific consensus holds that 95% of the mass – energy of the universe is comprised of dark energy and dark matter about which we know very little. It is my personal observation that there is a spiritual realm. One's views on this matter are very much shaped by personal experience – it is not the kind of thing that can be resolved by intellectual discussion. That said, I have heard several good reports of Joe Dispenza and his workshops are sold out months in advance.
I have not looked into Williams so no comment there.
I totally agree that Joe's core messages, about the spiritual realm, meditation, stress management, energy flow and 'you are your own placebo' does impact and determine our health. Essentially, the same message as Lipton, Church, Dr. Sue Morter, and most of the others. Same point as was made by the video Kia put up by Badhguru, i.e., many people choose suffering, not consciously but from their subconscious programing they received during formative years. I deleted the post because I did not intend and do not want to take anything away from the importance of Mr. Dispenza teaching -- because, clearly, it works for many.
