Switching to L-dopa from macuna, from cardopa/levadopa.

Trial on myself, I was trying Barlows 40% Pure l-dopa, worked good and now using 100%pure l-dopa from NutriVita which is very potent, I use just a pinch of the powder in water, it only last for 2 hours, and using Quercetin/ Bromelain I was hoping it would help to lengthen the l-dopa but I really don't see it helping. I've noticed my tremor is much calmer on l-dopa, and tremors are very fast on cardopa/levadopa. I'm still using my ER 50/200 at night and take another one at 4 am., and I take a pinch of L-dopa with to take tremor away. My Dystonia is very slight and my right leg 7my good leg doesn't have that numb feeling and gives out feeling when using l-Dopa. When I was dosing down from cardopa/levadopa, I would use one 25/100 with l-dopa because I would take 2 25/100, and then half cardopa/levadopa until I was using just L-dopa. Had to figure my dose, I did get Dystonia from to much, and my feet still get fidgety when L-dopa dose is kicking in. Yesterday I tried taking 1 cardopa/levadopa with l-dopa hoping it would last longer, but tremors got worse and 30 minutes later right leg gives out and Dystonia hits feet. I haven't had a muscle relaxers since April, well had to take one for cramps in feet yesterday, and tried today and same thing, took muscle relaxer and 30 minutes later I could walk. It's seems lack of dopamine causes Dystonia in my feet/calves, but when taking L-dopa they're slight, when I take cardopa/levadopa Meds Dystonia is severe. Ughh, I'm gonna try l-dopa for a while longer, and then possibly go back to meds cardopa/levadopa, they gave me 3 hours on and are easy to take in pill form.

Anyone else switched over to L-dopa and stopped cardopa/levadopa pills could you share your experience and also people that just use L-dopa from macuna the white powder, do you get Dystonia. Thank you, Maria
