"Let me go ahead and spoil the contents for everyone coming to this site later: his cancer cure is selenium. His Alzheimer’s cure is resveratrol. For energy he recommends “electron-rich” foods that supposedly donate electrons to the mitochondria, fish and fats, not drinking fluoridated water, avoiding bromide, [use] probiotics, meditation, deep breathing, avoiding excessive electromagnetic field exposure, and the PQQ supplement (enhanced with CoQ10) for mitochondria. He recommends boosting one of the body’s internally produced antioxidants, glutathione, with NAC (a book I read says lipoic acid converts into it better, especially with the cysteine amino). His therapy for arthritis is a known medical practice called prolotherapy. Finally, if you want to wake up, make sure to put direct sunlight into your room (not looking directly at it of course) for twenty minutes when you first wake up."

AFAIK some of the things he suggests make sense but he does not have any monopoly on this kind of knowledge.
Like what you said, I also saw somewhere mentioned about Lipoic Acid (is it ALA?) convert to glutathion too. For me, it seems many times when I take ALA I move better. Thanks.
I take nac, alpha lipoic acid and acytil l carnatine. Read an article on internet by Dr Axe on boosting glutathione
Thanks ginger, my naturalpath got me to take ALA, Acytil-cartinine and co-Q10 and other things but didn't mention nac. I am now occationaly take ALA but not the others because seems to me only ALA helps me move better. I'm ob HDT though. Don't know the right dosage yet.
Does any helps you?
