Interesting discussion of how exercise, especially squats, increases circulation to the brain.

Is anyone using a rebounder? Im surprised the video in the post did not bring up the benefits of bouncing. It reminded me of it though and spurred me to revisit this subject.

Increased circulation and lymphatic drainage in particular enables the pathway that clears away toxic proteins to function better.

Squats as discussed in the video posted are great but so is Using a rebounder.

So every morning first thing

I stand on a plate vibration machine vary speed twisting turning bending

Next sit ups

then bench press weights

then rowing machine

then dumb bell exercises

finaly bouncing on a trampete (re bounder)

Would you mind elaborating upon the vibrating plate? I wonder if it increases blood flow to the brain like squats and the rebounder? That sounds worthy of its own post. I’m very curious about it as I have found a vibrating massage device reduces my symptoms.

Are you familiar with Charcot's vibrating chair? Now being researched as 'vibrotactile coordinated reset'

Vibration is also interesting for other reasons:

Thank you! New to me. I’ve recently been learning about heat therapy for increased circulation to the brain. Even an extremely hot shower can show some benefit.

You are right about hot showers! Hubby always feels so much better after a hot shower. He tells me it's invigorating. :)

PS my machine has an upright handle/bar to hold onto hope this helps :)

what about joint wear & tear? Remember the occupational damage to workers who use vibrating machinery (jack hammer as extreme example - has some similarity to this device?)

Vibration can be good or bad, depending on frequency and duration (and harms are not necessarily due to wear and tear) ; for more details seerhyobrain.blogspot.com/2021...

I use the machine for a very short period of time benefits to relax muscle stiffness outweigh anything adverse for me :)

I use a rebounder. I do a 1 hour class with 40 mins bouncing to music then 15 minutes strengthening exercise- I love it. Great for balance, it’s aerobic and it’s fun.highly recommended
