I use Charlotte's Web brand 23mg per dose once a day in my morning smoothie. I took it for 6 months and then stopped because I thought it wasn't doing anything. Decided to try it again after my lower back started hurting again. It's sneaky... I didn't think it was working then one day I realized my fingers were feeling much better than they had in a long time. They had been arthritic from using the keyboard/mouse so much now they feel fine. I noticed when I bend down to pick something up it's easier. I'm a believer. Not cheap but it works...for me.
