Let us know how it works, please. Ky does not even allow medicinal forms...terribly repressive state.

Good luck! Really hope it will help...wonder if your thiamine dosage is off?

in reply toKattripp

From the beginning it was understood thiamine hcl would not calm tremors. Once I did adjust my dose up from 4g to 6g. Then tried 2g daily. I returned to 4g daily, 2 at breakfast and 2 at five p.m.

My experience has been that the higher THC strains help both tremors and sleep. Good luck.

Roy, my experiences is the same as danfitz so long as I bought the stuff at a licensed dispensary which allows for state regulation of quality and purity.

A few puffs of THC in the morning always put me right to sleep.

Good luck.

My tremors have reduced in the year I have been taking thiamine. Just goes to show we are all different.

Good luck with that Roy, for me MM eliminated anxiety after 10 months of daily use. My anxiety has not returned. I began using it in December of 2016.

Having said that what has absolutely reduced my tremor to almost nonexistent albeit my tremor was never full time. Has been meditation by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I purchased his on line Progressive Workshop for $299.00 dollars 3 months ago. At first I was overwhelmed with the 30 hours of videos too watch and partake in, but soon I couldn’t wait to get home from work to learn and do more.

I’ve continued to meditate between 1-3 hours a day. I have restored my gait to normalcy for all but about an hour each day, and my intermittent mild tremor is virtually nonexistent.

Going out to dinner/events regularly and have two trips out of the country May/June. Taking B1 w/5 day break monthly, Vinpocetine and Mucuna. Throw a few other powders in my smoothies a couple days a week and a couple drops of MM now and then.

That’s it!

Life is good.

I know couple of people who were recently at his retreat in Mallorca, Spain. They had excellent experiences and hold his work in high regard. On my agenda to investigate further when I get a break in my busy spiritual schedule

Park_bear, like you I’ve practiced Qigong and although enlightening I found DrJoe Dispenza to further my meditation practice and skills to a much higher level.

I think it’s a function of what each individual may relate to personally. I hope you try it soon.

In the meantime have you tried the oil - Full Spectrum Hemp Oil (cbd oil) - at least 1200mg bottle - has helped many people with tremors.

Hello Linda

How many drops do you take and how many times per day? What relief does it provide from your Parkinson's symptoms?

Hi, a visiting nurse told my hubby about CBD. Said its good for people with tremors (hubby doesn't have) but also relaxes the body for movement, energy and more. I take for energy. Hubby takes 1 eye drop full and I take a 1/4 of an eye drop. Read up on cbd oil and benefits with PD.

Hi Roy

I got my card and have used the vape pen type(Indica strain) It seems to really help with relaxation and sleep.I have also been using a CBD mix with THC that i really like alot.I started with a 3-1 ratio being 3 %CBD 1% THC it is amazing how much better i feel.

also the CBD oil you can get online is a waste of money it doesnt help and it is extremely expensive.Dont waste your money Roy!

CBD without some THC doesn’t seem to help with sleep. Some use 4:1 (CBD to THC). I use 1:1 - 1/2 dropper and works very well.

The first place we bought the cbd oil it was $125 a bottle. This place is less expensive: headandheal.com/

Everything doesn't help everyone. Full Spectrum Hemp Oil / CBD has been effective with Parkinson's disease.

RS313 in reply toLindaP50

Well I think the majority of people on here would say that the hemp oil is different than the CBD oil mixed with a little bit of THC the medical grade most would say that the kind you can order online without having a medical card is very expensive and does not work in most cases maybe some but not most

I recently tried edible chocolate with thc and was pleasantly surprised that it eliminated my tremor. I was able to get it at a clinic on a trip to a state where it is legal. It really should be legal everywhere. I also use full spectrum cbd oil with 3% thc from the same clinic that relaxes me and helps me sleep. Good luck!

LindaP50 in reply toGoldencbc

Yes, I heard a store carries the edible chocolate. Its the size of a super sized cookie - very expensive at $20.00.

RS313 profile image
RS313 in reply toLindaP50

$20 is not a lot considering that you only need a small tiny little piece of it to get some relief you don't eat the whole cookie at once

LindaP50 profile image
LindaP50 in reply toRS313

And that would be the hard part, not eat the chocolate all at once!

Hi Roy, I got my ID two weeks ago and I've been trying different strains for a good night sleep. I've found one 100% indica strain that really did the job for me. I slept 6 hours straight and woke up relaxed and in good spirits. I've been vaping at night for a week now getting the same results. I don't recommend doing it during the day. There are some day time strains for daytime containing more CBD than THC 75/25%. I'm still driving and working so I don't need it.
