Matcha green tea

Hi everyone! For those of you mixing green tea with your mucuna I attached a link for Japanese organically-grown matcha green tea. With matcha you drink the entire ground up leaf it has more egcg in it then the steeping kind. Nutrivitashop sells the l-dopa as well as the green tea. I guess my point is not all green teas are the same. The Price is Right as well! Yes more powder ugh! I use one teaspoon for 8oz of cold water. One large mason jar and 28 oz of water and you're good to go. Just make sure you shake it before you mix it with your mucuna because the leaf will settle to the bottom. By the way, if you are sensitive to caffeine you only need roughly four or five ounces to mix with your mucuna. If you are not as tough as me you can mix your favorite sweetener in as well. I have some green tea bags by Uncle Lee's Tea (digestion soother). Ingredients: each bag has a proprietary blend of 2 grams net weight of:

Green tea leaf

Peppermint leaf

Milk Thistle seed

Ginger root

Fennel seed

Licorice root

Is this the same as the green tea, with a few other things added, that people mention when they say to drink 3 cups a day?

What you're taking sounds good I'm not familiar with it but matcha green tea you consume the whole leaf. It has a lot of egcg which helps the mucuna cross the blood-brain barrier.

I am new to this board, that is why I am replying 5 month after you posted. My question is

How many ounces of Matcha tea do you use per 100mg of L Dopa ?

I only use about 4 oz of green tea room temperature with one dose. My dose is 3/8 of a teaspoon which weighs about 1,100 mg.

100mg of mucuna that I use would be 1/32 of a teaspoon that wouldn't be too effective

3/8 ts of mucuna? What's the strength of the extract (% Ldopa) and how many times a day

I believe they claim 98.6% something like that pure extract. It's the only mucuna I've ever used roughly 4 years now. I find it quite consistent. I take at least two doses a day during my work day. The last dose I take 25% of the time. If my brain is clear I don't take it I don't mind stumbling around a little bit when I'm home. Why does that sound like a lot?

Sorry for the slow response I haven't been in my email in a while

This dose seems to be a bit on higher side, but if you are using it for the last 4 years and have not developed any dyskinesia and feel good with it then its OK

I’ve been using this same mucuna from nutrivita for about 4 years also and I’ve experienced some dyskinesia at times. It happens when you go over the dose you’re use to or when you eat certain foods.

Thanks for this Steven. Hey I love what has happened for Constance by way of your protocol share. Would be fascinating if you both could link your protocol and her results into one AMAZING RESULTS POST.
