Thanks RoyProp for your timely feedback !

Please note:

- aesilly/Art reported a wide 60-to-1 range in dosage, going as low as 0.10g [up to 6g on the high end]

- On 3.13.19, 6 wks ago, I started the protocol at 0.50g;

- On 3.29.19, 16 days later, I stopped momentarily after full-body shakes interrupted my sleep once, with tripled intensity: 3 times, 2 hrs apart, compared to a single event per night a few days prior; enough to strengthen my suspicion of B1 overdose, additionally based on a mild increase in left-arm tremor.

- On 4.6.19, after an 8-day stoppage, I restarted B1 at half dose, 250mg

- On 4.12.19 I stopped again, for 2 days, following increased tremors and overall shakiness. I suspect I accidentally took a double dose of 500mg the day before.

- @ 250mg since 4.14.19 [10 days ago] I’m enjoying a significant reduction in tremors at the same time as no perceivable progress in gait stiffness and posture stoop, and a slight increase in saliva accumulation.

- Now considering INCREASING DOSAGE by 100mg to 350mg, UP 40%

I would much value YOUR OPINION !

I'm not a doctor and your guess is as good as mine, but it can take weeks to feel the full benefit. I would probably stick with the 250 mg for another couple of weeks and then add another 100 mg if you still don't seem to feel additional benefits. Frequently changing the dose makes it hard to know what is ideal--but it sounds like you're close. This is purely my opinion, which is based only on my experience. Good luck!
