This is a helpful video of a doctor giving advice to women on simple, effective ways to prevent chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs). PwP are reportedly prone to these. This is advice to women in general, and not speciifc to PwP. Several of the suggestions would probably apply to men, too. youtube.com/watch?v=sRlCCEK...
My bladder health has been helped greatly by doing kegel exercises
nafc.org/kegel (for women)
nafc.org/kegelmale (for men)
and by taking CoQ10 100 mg once a day. (I have read of a need for precaution with CoQ10 if you take a blood thinner.) Both the exercise and the CoQ10 address the urinary incontinence issue, but it seems to me that the stronger your bladder, the less prone it would be to infection.
