Yes, that's been my experience too. Part of it is not being able to walk as much outside and get a little sunlight. Vit D pills just aren't the same. The treadmill isn't quite the same either.
Absolutely, cold weather is tough on me. Just try to stay inside and keep warm. Hopefully spring is not far away.
I hear you this winter in Colorado has just been terrible on falls and trying to stay warm make me so stove up... Spring is coming feel so much better in summer..
The cold weather definitely made my symptoms worse. I moved to a warm climate two years ago.. a remarkable difference. Also, less pain.
Absolutely. For me it's primarily atmospheric changes associated with weather fronts, and autumnal seasonal change, that wreak havoc with my symptoms. I feel over-medicated, then under-medicated, dizzy, and just 'loopy' like when I used to take antihistamines. Grateful to know it's not just me!
