An interesting article I feel by Dr Foltynie who was involved in the phase 2 Exanatide trial, which covers promising Parkinsons remedies, and several areas of interest to me

If you mean the trial so far so good. Definitely no adverse effects. Maybe some improvements, although if it works we are looking for reduced rate of deterioration not immediate symptomatic relief
