I don't think there are any legitimate stem cell therapies available for PD yet, but trials are underway. Right now, there are many scams, which is really unfortunate.
But is it successful . We know a case of progressive muscular atrophy in a boy of 12 years whom we want to undergo that if it is possible . What I mean is operation from the cells of any donor umbilical cord which would allow the regeneration of cells and at least allow him to lead near normal life . He is not a relative and we don't know all the details . But we would like to help financially as he is too poor and does not have a father or any earning member , the mother being unable to do any thing .
I would research everything: The doctor, the clinic, FDA approval, success rates for that particular disease, etc. Best wishes!
Thanks a lot . It is a project undertaken in the name of reaching out to somebody who is in need . We do believe the saying that God is unconditional love and unlimited compassion . To reach out to the needy is the highest form of worship and not praying in the temples or participating religious rituals .
