I've been experiencing essential tremor (not parkinsons disease) since very young age. Im now 32 years old of asian origin, 68 kg of weight.
I recently read on the internet that thiamine/vitamin b1 could cure essential tremor. My hands are not shaking too much (just mild case) but I want to give thiamine a try, so Im wondering how many miligrams of thiamine tablet i should take per day and for how long.
I really appreciate for your advices, many thanks.

Tremor is tremor. I have essential and resting tremor. Sinemet seems to help me with both resting and essential tremor. Why, I don't know, it just does.
