Parkinsons and dental work

Has anyone had extensive dental work after having DBS. I am needing implants and am concerned about possible heeating of DBS lead, etc.

Hubby has bad teeth...DBS 3 yeasts ago. Had gum surgery a few months ago. Biggest issue...NO sedation... nitrous is fine, but check with neuro before any sedation

The drills used for implant site preparation are water cooled so heat generation shouldn't be an issue.

You should have a prophylactic antibiotic before the surgery.
