Bolt's Oil and Vinegar Dressing Recipe for use on Broccoli Sprouts

I promised to share my oil and vinegar dressing recipe I use on my Broccoli Sprouts every morning. Some people find the Broccoli Sprouts too bitter. They are tasty with this (what I think is healthy) dressing.

I have pictures so I will make one comment per photo, starting with... this is a Tea Spoon. It is not a teaspoon. It is what I use:

This is my dressing bottle and my funnel I made out of a water bottle:

These are my two spices. Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. I put 2 Tea Spoons of Garlic Powder and 1 Tea Spoon of Onion Powder in the bottle using the funnel.

This is my raw honey. This one happens to be pour-able so I poured some into the bottle using the funnel. I use a good gob of honey. I don't think I poured enough in this morning, but I can add some more. It should not taste sour, it should taste like sweet garlic and onion.

This is my Apple Cider Vinegar. I pour that through the funnel so it washes any Honey in the funnel into the bottle. You want to fill the bottle about one quarter Vinegar.

Please read up on the changes at Bragg’s Vinegar. It’s no longer the product it used to be since the company sold.

So here is my bottle with spices, honey, and vinegar. This is a good time to put the lid on and shake it up to dissolve the honey (I forgot this vinegar shake step this morning and that may be why it tastes like I did not put in enough honey. Olive Oil does not dissolve Honey nearly as well as vinegar).

This is the Olive Oil I use. Search HU and you will see that most Olive Oil in the store is probably adulterated with other oils. I settled on California Olive Ranch Global Blend. It is cheaper than the California Olive Ranch California version, but I trust them. Fill the bottle almost to the top with this Olive Oil,

And here it is! Shake it up! I store mine in the cupboard (it gets used fairly quick and I wash the bottle between batches. It will get hard in the fridge).

Bolt .....I thought you were making broccoli tea, but now you are just eating the sprout with a little home made dressing? Looks good BTW -

Hi! I never really got into the broccoli tea. I tried it for a little while 3 years ago but it was too much work and my research on sulforaphane showed that almost all studies were just using broccoli sprouts alone or a broccoli sprout puree/smoothie.
