I contacted Vitacost as they are one of the suppliers that forum members have used. Below is a copy of that conversation. I suggest you contact Vitacost with your exact location in Canada so they can determine if they will ship to you and the bottle they sell is more than a 90 day supply if taken per label instructions, so that may be a problem, but you will have to confirm with them.

Thanks Art! Yes I am in Toronto. Did try to order online this morning before posting in HU, it said cant be send to Canada. May be because more than 90 days I guess. Wonder if there is anybody in Toronto did try this B1 ptococol? I thought i saw the powder on amazon.ca but cant find it anymore now.
The only thing I know of for Canada is the intramuscular injections because I recently added that link to the thiamine primer page after a member posted it :

Well Dr.C recommend me oral 1g/day. I should ask him back if injection is ok too.
I found a bulk supplier that seems to have a reasonable price that ships to Canada. It says it is Thiamine HCL which is what we use. Interestingly, their website says there is a global shortage and increasing demand for thiamine! I'm going to have to check, but their price for bulk powder seems to be at or close to the lowest price I have seen for bulk powder. Actually it is the lowest price I have found so far! I will add the link to the thiamine primer page since they seem to ship to more places. You will need to get a cheap digital scale that can measure as low as mg. These digital scales cost between $10 ~$20 on Amazon.

Thanks Joseph, how soon you see the effect?

I started the protocol in June with 2g at breakfast time and 2g at lunch time as suggested by Dr C. Within a week I could feel improvement in energy level and constipation, but at the same time my tremor got worsen at nights to a point I could not sleep at all. I wrote to Dr and he suggested me stop thiamine for a week. I actually stopped more than a week till my night tremor was back to the 'normal' level. Then I started with 500mg breakfast and 500mg lunch time. The horrible night tremor soon returned. I wrote to Dr again and mentioned I am Chinese. Dr replied with comment that certain ethnic groups may be very sensitive to thiamine. So, I decided to do my own experiment. I started with 100mg per day for 7 days, and increased the dose by 100mg per week. When I reached 900mg per day, my tremor got raged. Wrote to Dr and Dr suggested me to stay at 800mg per day. At least I have overcome my 500mg threshold (so, it might have nothing to do with thiamine overdose. Just the body may need time to adapt). I will continue my experiment and report back to Dr and HU friends.
I hope you can eventually titrate up to 4g/day
I ordered from ca.iherb.com/
I had no problems with 5 bottles.
Thank you for posting this link! I have added it to the "thiamine primer page" in the section with links to multiple suppliers of thiamine in all of its forms for different areas.

Hi. I live in NZ and had to find what we call here a compounding pharmacy. They make it up for us . We had to get our doctor to write a script first. We showed him the information that Dr Constantino has on the internet about the study he did.Our Doctor is a normal doctor but also does intergrated medicine so was very interested for us to try it.It costs $550.00 NZ for 12 vials. It is worth it . Has helped alot. Good luck.
I got my powder B1 powder from Pure Bulk I live in BC had no problem
